Typical production is 7–15 business days. During peak custom periods, production may take up to 30 days before dispatch to our international shipping partner. International delivery time begins after production is complete.

Care

Avoid water, high heat, impact and bending. Hold the fitting rather than the petals when wearing or removing it, and store it in the gift box.

Made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons. Please record one continuous unboxing video from the sealed parcel through the full inspection. If courier damage is visible, send us the video and we will take responsibility for helping resolve it.
